The Skies Inside

Just love these. Feels like they’ll be here long after we are all gone.

Fish Face

Genevieve Moncada, Fish Face

Come to the High School Show to find this prize-winning work by BHS ninth grader (!!!) Genevieve Moncada.

There’s also photography, ceramics, jewelry, wire work, and a larger-than-life, hand-sewn pink plush kitty. These kids are seriously amazing.

The Kids Are All Right

Ceci Campbell

More than all right, actually. Take Woodward Middle School student Ceci Campbell; her “Creative Explosion” – and all the other work in this show – is blowing everyone away.

See the show until May 15, followed by our High School Show May 17-June 3.

We kept having to get more chairs

Kristin Tollefson demo, May 2013

Kristin Tollefson joined us for a wire work demo this past Saturday. People kept coming and coming, so Lynnette and Anne just kept getting more chairs.

A big thank-you to Kristin for sharing her materials and techniques. Her 3D work along with Wes McClain’s prints are up through June 3.

AND, you can find out about June talks, demos, and workshops on our Education page.

Cynthia Sears wears "Warmer"

Yesterday, Kristin Tollefson delivered work for this month’s exhibition. Cynthia Sears stopped in and found that “Warmer” – cork and copper wire - was a perfect fit.

First Friday reception for Kristin, Wes McClain, and Bainbridge Island middle school students is 6-8 p.m. May 3. See you there!
